Licensing
Commercial licenses for Emdros and our content delivery engine are available upon negotiation with Emergence Consult.We do a variety of licensing forms, including (but not limited to) fixed per-year flat-fee, per-copy-sold royalties, support-based contracts, and others.
Emdros
Emdros is dual-licensed under the GNU GPL and a proprietary license.
This means that you can use Emdros freely, as long as you abide by the GNU GPL. However, the GNU GPL sets some limits to what you can do with Emdros. In particular, you cannot distribute Emdros along with your proprietary product without buying a license from Emergence Consult.
